How SMS Consent Works
The sole participant in this messaging program is Bruce Klickstein.
To opt in, Bruce Klickstein intentionally sends the keyword START from his own mobile phone to the registered SMS messaging number.
The registered SMS messaging number is +1 805-600-2358.
Sending START constitutes Bruce Klickstein's explicit request and consent to receive SMS messages from his personal AI assistant at that mobile number.
After START is received, the messaging service sends an opt-in confirmation.
The confirmation states:
"Bruce Klickstein: You are now opted in to receive personal AI assistant SMS messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out."
SMS messages may include responses to Bruce Klickstein's requests, acknowledgments, reminders, notifications, and clarification questions.
Bruce Klickstein is the only recipient.
